About me

Lynda Davidson
I am a Chartered Surveyor with a background in commercial estate management and since 2012 I’ve been running a small family portfolio of one and two bedroom flats across North London and Hertfordshire.
Rather than using agents, I choose to let and manage the properties myself because I believe it’s important to know my tenants personally and to build a good, long-term relationship with them. By managing the properties myself, I get to know my tenants, build strong relationships, and make sure their homes are well looked after.
My goal is simple: to provide comfortable, well-maintained homes where tenants feel settled for the long term. I take pride in keeping everything in good condition, responding quickly to repairs, and making the renting process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
There are no agency or admin fees. A holding deposit of one week’s rent secures your property and goes straight towards your first month’s rent. I also cover the cost of the inventory check-in and check-out.
I’m a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), accredited by the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme, and a member of National Residential Landlords Association. I ensure I keep up to date with the latest lettings legislation through regular training and CPD events.
For me, it’s about more than just providing a flat — it’s about giving tenants a place they can call home.
